Beach Music Takes Over High Point!
August 3, 2009 – High Point, NC- Don’t pack up your shagging shoes and Bermuda shorts just yet - Ilderton’s Beach Music Blast is taking over uptown High Point! From September 10 through October 1, beach music fans will celebrate the end of summer at the Ilderton’s Beach Music Blast.

Some of the top headliners in beach music - The Embers, the Band of Oz, Legends of the Beach, and the Part Time Party Time Band – will help you bid adieu to another wonderful Carolina summer. Held every Thursday evening from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm, this will be a family friendly event that everyone can enjoy for just $5 per person.

The concerts will be held in the heart of uptown High Point at 1525 North Main Street. You can purchase tickets at the gate or by calling 1-800-632-1400.

September 10 – Legends of Beach
September 17 – Part Time Party Time Band
September 24 – The Band of Oz
October 1 – The Embers

All proceeds raised will benefit CHS, North Carolina’s leading resource in adoption and foster care with the mission to promote the right of every child to a permanent, safe, and loving home. Children’s Home Society of North Carolina has placed more than 14,000 children in adoptive homes since being founded in Greensboro in 1902.
